WHITE SHARK GUEST HOUSE POLICY

Cancellation

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
• The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
• It the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.

Deposit

• The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation.

Children and extra bed

• All children are welcome.
• One child from 0 – 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bed or in a child’s cot/crib.
• One child under 6 years is charged ZAR250 per night when using existing bed.
• Max number of children’s cot/crib in a room is 1.
• There is no capacity for extra beds in the room

Check-in and departure times

• Guests are requested to check-in between 2:00pm and 5:00pm.
• Guests are welcome to check in earlier, but we cannot guarantee rooms will be ready before 2:00pm.
• Later check-ins is not a problem, but guests must please advise us so that necessary arrangements can be made.
• Check-out is before 11:00am on day of departure; however, luggage may be left with us after check-out and collected later in the day.
